1.) HANDCAPPED SCHOOL (ASTHIVYANG SCHOOL)

Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Hingoli conducted residential programme Like Handicapped School recognized by the Maharashtra State Government and Grant received by the State Government every year approximately 30 Lakh rupees.  This school is primary and upper primary section from 1st Standard to 7th Standard.  Total Staff appointed 13.

2) MENTALLY RETARED SCHOOL

Organization also conducted Matimand Residential School recognized by state Government. This is also primary level.  There are 50 student learning in this school. Grant Sanctioned by the State Government near about 40 Lakhs every year.  In this school very expert and Trained staff appointed by the Organization.  This school conducted co-curry colam programme and paying different games, lokgit, drama and folk dance etc.

3) MATIMAND BALGRHA HINGOLI

This is residencial mentally retired Balgraha Sanctioned by State Government of Maharashtra.  There are 50 Beneficeries and 35 Employees Sanctioned by the Government.  Total Grant received every year 30 Lakh rupees.  All Employee are trained and active as well as sincere in there work. 

4) OLD AGE HOME AT NASIK ROAD, Dist. NASIK

This programme is started by the organization Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Hingoli since 2019-20.  There are 50 Beneficiaries staying in the Home. Organization provides Breakfast early 8 O’clock and cup of Tea. Organization provided lunch at 11 O’clock and dinner at 8 O’clock evening every day. This project conducted organization its own funding till not receiving grant from Central Government.   May Sanctioned early

5) UJWALLA PROJECT

Lok Shikshan prasarak Mandal Hingoli has running a prevention, Rescue, Rehabilitation & Re-integration program from lat three year in Aurangabad district for the Victims of sexual exploition in Aurangabad State of  Maharashtra, during this work this 2013-14 year Lok shikshan prasarak Manda, Hingoli has covered 37 cases both women & children who are victims of Trafficking and sexual exploitation.  These inmates were referred from various organizations of the districts. Local Leaders and Police authorities etc.

While working forl the victims of commercial sexual exploitation i.e. for Prevention of Trafficking and Rescue, Rehabilitation & Re-Integration organization has been regabilitated 17 womens (in the year 2010-11 4 victims, in 2011-12-5 victims and in 2012-13 4 victims and in 2013-14, 24 victims) and 21 childrens (in the year 2010-11 3 victims, in 2011-+12

 

2 victims and in 2012-13 3 victims and in 2013-14 13 children) and restore them into their families.  During working for the victims of commercial Sexual exploitation organization got co-operation from other department and local leaders.  Organization has started this work in this Aurangabad in the year 2010-11 with qualified and dedicated staff i.e. project Director, Social Worker, Psychiatrist, Doctor, clerk cum Accountants, Cooks and Guards.

Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli having good networking in the district and coordinating with all Government departments and Non Governmental Organization and agencies and other local leaders to support and facilitate the work of organization.  Due to Organizations strong support victims are very happy about the work & facilities provided by the Organization, Organization has providng Counseling, Vocational training for employment and self employment during their re-integrationperiod, Medical facilities during their rescue & rehabilitation programme etc.

During this 2013-14 Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli organized Awareness through Kalajathha, Padyatra, Street palys, Bharud and Local peoples activities between 11.8.2013 to 15.8.2013 in Aurangabad and surround area of Aurangabad district, 3000 peoples, 10 NGOs, 20 Schools, 7 Colleges and local societies were participated this awareness program.

6) SELF-HELP GROUPS (SHG)

Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli in one of the pioneers in the promotion of Self-Help Groups (SHG) in India, having formed its first SHG in Village/Town Aurangabad in 2008.  A avings and credit SHG is a simple yet effective way of reaching out and connecting with rural poor women.

          A Self-Help Group is an informal association of 10 to 20 poor women belonging to the same village and sharing a common socio-economic background.  The group enables its members to gain their identity as individuals, while realizing – and – utilizing – the immense power of mutual aid.  It provides them with a platform from where they can access banks and public services,  and spearhead changes that affect them as poor women.

Nurtuing Self-Help Groups of rural poor women is Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingolis key tool in fulfilling its mission and goals.  The Self-Help Groups work for the women in a number of ways: they provide guidance: they give support and assistance to women; and they identity and promote home-based enterprises among its members.  These home-based enterprises, called “honeybee activities:, involve a myriad of ventures.  The SHG members take loand from the SHGs and set out to begin an enterprise of their own.

          As result of Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingolis intervention efforts, an increasing number of rural families – especially women- are engaging in independent livelihood activities.  These activities serve as opportunities for diversifying and enchancing their incomes.

          Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli gives particular attention to womenbecuase even as they comprise half of the countrys population, they remain the most disadvantaged sector among the poor.  Yet it is the women who prove to be most effective in fostering change in their families and communities.

 

  • 26 SHGs linked under differential Rate of Interest loan with Rs.20,000/- loan for each member in as SHG;
  • 36 SHGs linked under Revolving fund with Rs.60,000/- loan

24 SHGs supported with Milk animal rearing program wherein eah member supported with Rs.32000/-.

7) FAMILY COUNSELING CENTER

Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli  is the direct way to build a stronger healthier and more supportive community.  Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli Family Counseling Center is a not-for—profit, community-based agency that provides a variety of non professional counseling, support, prevention and coordination services.

          Since its beginning in 2008, the Center has offered programs to strengthen, promote and preserve individual and family life.  The Center seeks to assist women in resolving Psychosocial problems, in learning strategies to deal with life stresses and disabilities, and in developing more stasifying interpersonal relationships.

          The Center services are available to any individual, couple or family living in district-state without regard to race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age or economic status.  This 2013-14 year Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli has provided counseling to 37-individual 13-couple or family living counseling by

*Dealing with Lifes Challenges         * Supporting Children and Families

*Ending the Cycle of Violence         *Assisting Peiple with Special Needs

8) LEGAL AWARENESS CAMPS

This first preference of the Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli is to seek justice for Women, Safaguard their rights, and promote woemens empowerment.  The  Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli acting the proper implementation of all the legislations rules to protect the rights of women so as to  enable them to acieve quality in all stages of life.  By identifying / by finding the need to impart legal awareness to women and girls, regarding their rights, the year Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli has organized womens Legal Awareness program for Women and Girls.  The

 

Awareness program is implemented through Advocates and Social Workers along with Police help and aims to empower.

          Women and Girls with the knowledge of their legal rights and duties, ultimately to be albe to share power equally, gain full acces to the means of development and to inspire a shole generation of women to work together towards achieving equality and justice.

          Legal Assistance has been provided by year Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli in cooperation with block Advocates Sangh of Hingoli & Taluka Legal Services Authority organized legal awareness camp on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti on 14.4.2013 at Aurangabad District of Maharashtra.  The function was presided over by Shri Madhav Kshirsagar Sarapanch of Mandalapur Tq.Mukhed Dist.Nanded, President of Zilla Vakil Sangh, Shri Bhosale, Hingoli Maharashtra.  Mr Ad. Shivaji Dhole, member Bar Association Hingoli and other leading lawyerws of the Bar attended the function.  The function was attended by more than 500 women villagers.

 

Mr. Ad Bhosale president, Bar Association Hingoli enlightened and apprised the residents of village Hingoli about their Constitutional right to live with dignity and various facets of right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution of India was explained.  He called upon the young girls and boys of the village to fight against dowry system.

9) ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS (EDPS)

In this 2013-14 year Lok Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Hingoli has continued Entrepreneurship Development Prgram (EFPs) at Hingoli for SC/OBC, ST & MINORITY Student.  The Main objective of organizing this EDPs program is to train the candidates belongs to SC/OBC & Minority communities.  This year total 100 Nos. candidates are trained and provided business hints and ideas to them through Entrepreneurship Deveopment Program (EFPs).

All of these 100 candidates of SC & OBC & Minority were trained & they had now their own industries and entrepreneurs etc these are few from succeeded.  The percentage of success was 22.16%.  All these candidates were from economically weaker section & remote areas and achieved a great success
